I moved back Upstate after living in New York City for 16 years, it took longer to start the Organic Farm I was planning with both Family and personal Heath issues. I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 33 years now and tend to look at food a little different than most. I was involved in the Diamond District for over half my life as well as running an Animal shelter so not only will I have posts with Recipes & Gardening information but also some tips on Family pets and just normal everyday Farm-Life.
